Shipping Policy

At Benji & Belle, we take great care in packing and sending your order so it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find all the details about how and where we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

During busy periods or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out promptly.

Shipping Services

We use Royal Mail as our primary shipping provider for both UK and international orders.

Your order may be sent using one of the following services, depending on size, weight, and destination:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Royal Mail First or Second Class

  • Royal Mail International Tracked / International Standard

Available options and prices will be shown at checkout.

UK Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days

  • Royal Mail First / Second Class: 2–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We’re happy to offer international shipping to selected countries.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Europe: 5–10 working days

  • Rest of World: 7–20 working days

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Benji & Belle has no control over customs delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All shipping charges are displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

If your order is shipped using a tracked service, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we dispatch orders promptly, delays caused by Royal Mail or international postal services are outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 7 working days (UK)

  • 20 working days (International)

please contact us and we’ll be happy to help investigate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Benji & Belle cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
